Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT: Enter your email when purchasing so that you automatically receive a tracking number for your shipment when your order is processed.

We offer standard shipping site-wide, this shipping policy only applies to orders shipping to the United States, Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. If you need to ship to other countries and regions, please contact us (service@acoshneon.com) to confirm the shipping cost and shipping date before placing an order.

Once your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include Sundays or holidays. Items purchased after 6:00 PM will not be dispatched until the next working day. If you order after 6:00 PM on Saturday, your order may be shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. See the table below for rates/times.

Q: Do your products include taxes and fees?

A: All the products we display for sale on acoshneon.com do not include taxes, which are borne by us.

 

Q: How long will you send our orders recently?

A: We will process the order within 1-3 business days if the product you ordered is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will send it to you in 15-40 days.


Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A: We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

During special high-demand events such as the holiday shopping season, orders may take longer than usual (depending on shipping capacity) and may be delayed by up to an additional 10 business days.

Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing details of the purchased product.

No calls will be made prior to delivery so you must be aware of tracking information sent to the email you entered when purchasing.

If the courier company does not find the person at home and has notified the customer, the package will be returned to Acoshneon. The cost of resending the above goods and the cost of claims will be borne by the relevant party.

During certain times or days of the year, shipments will be delayed due to business shutdowns, and once we resume daily operations, shipments will resume as described in our policies.
